About Us

Ronald D. Nisbet, who has over 40 years of experience in the insurance arena, leads the Nisbet organization. Ron has managed a number of organizations as well as created several successful insurance brokerage operations. Becky Nisbet, along with Jo Moses and Henry Hammond, comprise our in-office staff, but are only a part of our overall network of backroom assistance. We have support offices in Irvine, California, as well as Jacksonville, Florida, and can provide you with the service and expertise you need to succeed.

The concept is simple: provide outstanding service through an experienced staff that understands the daily needs and demands of the producer. Our staff has over sixty years of experience ranging from underwriting to consulting, to case design, to in-field sales appointments. We are here to serve you and assist you in meeting your client's needs.

One of the areas in which we specialize is understanding carrier product offerings. The producer is faced with a myriad of product choices and an overwhelming amount of information to sift through. In order to assist the agent in selecting the right product or combination of products, we offer a consultant to discuss the individual needs of the case and work with the agent to select a solution that will fit the needs of the client. The consultant will also discuss the competitiveness of the solution and point out the advantages it has over other product selections.

Underwriting

The greatest concern that most producers face is whether or not their case be issued at the best rate and in a timely manner. We have a staff of underwriters who review the complete underwriting details and then package all the components of the case to present the best picture for the carrier's underwriter. We order requirements in-house so that we can assist you in positioning your client with the best carrier offer available. Our staff has consistent and effective contact with home office staff while your case is being underwritten, and keeps you in the loop with timely feedback.

Compensation

We offer some of the highest compensation plans available in the industry and welcome the opportunity to discuss individual situations. Having the highest compensation level is only half of the story. You need to know that you will get paid in a timely fashion, and have the assurance of a correct payment as well. The main key to getting a case to paid status is timely communication, which necessitates knowing what is required to move the case through underwriting, and having a staff that can assist you meeting those requirements. We give you frequent updates and let you know when there are missing forms or new requirements that require you or your clients attention. We are committed to having the shortest underwriting time possible with the fewest obstacles to ensure successful delivery of your case.

Licensing

We offer a cutting edge online licensing system, which enables you to complete the basic information once and then use it for all carriers as you need to add them. We have a broad array of carriers, and assist you in developing an understanding of what makes each one of them unique and competitive.

Advanced marketing

We have partnered with Innovative Concepts as our advanced marketing strategic alliance. Our contact is Kenneth J. Bojarski, CLU, a 28 year veteran of the industry, with extensive experience in various types of advanced markets. Ken can help you with estate, business, and charitable planning, and is willing to do joint field work as well. His firm will provide a total solution and participate with completion of the case and payment of commissions (may be a split commission case).
